We reserve the right to limit order quantities or refuse service to any order (including if we suspect an unauthorised trade reseller or distributor). If we alter or cancel an order, we will notify you immediately via the contact details provided.
3. Cancellations, Returns, and Shipping (UK Consumer Rights)
Your purchases are fully protected under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015:
- 14-Day Change of Mind Right: For items bought online, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery. You then have 14 days to return the items to us. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Skincare & Hygiene Exceptions: Due to health and hygiene rules, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any skincare products, oils, or cosmetics if their individual protective seal or packaging has been broken after delivery.
- Gift Sets (for example the Kinleaf Connection Ritual): Box sets are sold as a single commercial unit. If the outer tamper seal on the main presentation box is broken or opened, the entire set becomes non-returnable. Individual items inside the set cannot be returned separately.
- Damaged or Leaking Items: If an item inside a sealed set arrives broken or has leaked, your rights are protected. Contact us within 30 days with photographic evidence, and we will issue a replacement for that specific faulty item to complete your set.
- Safe Return Shipping: You are legally responsible for returned items until they arrive back with us. We highly recommend using a tracked delivery service. If a return is lost in transit and you cannot provide trackable proof of delivery, we reserve the right to withhold your refund.
- Faulty Goods: If any accessory, homeware, or garden item arrives damaged or faulty, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement within 30 days of delivery.
4. Account and Billing Accuracy
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information (including your email, shipping address, and payment details) so we can successfully fulfill your orders.
